Engr. Zubair Anwar is an internationally recognized management consultant, executive trainer, speaker, and transformation leader with more than 25 years of global experience spanning quality management, digital transformation, operational excellence, technology strategy, enterprise governance, innovation, and organizational capability development.
He is internationally recognized for bridging business excellence, technology leadership, and sustainable organizational transformation, helping organizations convert strategy into execution and achieve measurable business outcomes.
In 2025, Zubair made history by becoming the first Pakistani elected as Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ)—one of the highest international recognitions awarded to professionals who demonstrate exceptional contributions to the advancement of quality, organizational excellence, and professional practice.
Throughout his career, Zubair has led and advised organizations across telecommunications, information technology, government, higher education, consulting, and enterprise services sectors. His expertise spans strategic planning, digital transformation, operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, quality systems, program and project governance, technology management, enterprise performance, and organizational competitiveness.
His professional experience includes leadership and transformation roles involving business planning, CAPEX/OPEX management, governance models, enterprise programs, process optimization, service excellence, and large-scale operational environments. He has successfully supported organizations in establishing systems that improve execution discipline, strengthen decision-making, and accelerate business performance.
Zubair combines deep expertise in Quality and Continuous Improvement methodologies with practical experience in implementing technology-enabled transformation. He is professionally certified by the American Society for Quality as:
- Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB)
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Engineering Management. He further holds international credentials in sustainability and innovation practices, including Certified Design for Sustainability Practitioner (GIZ Germany), reflecting his interest in integrating quality, digital transformation, and sustainable organizational development.
Internationally, Zubair has played an active leadership role in advancing quality and organizational excellence. He led the development of the Service Quality Wheel, an innovative framework supporting the evolution of service quality practices and contributing to the Service Quality Body of Knowledge.

His advisory and capability development work includes support to institutions such as National Productivity Organization (Pakistan), Pakistan Engineering Council, WAPDA, Pakistan Railways, Punjab Government institutions, universities, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and corporate organizations.

Ruth Stanley, International Fellow
With a postgraduate degree in public administration, Ruth has over 30 years of experience in quality management. She served for 25 years in the Canadian Public Service.
Ruth has been a Member Leader for the American Society for Quality for the past several years. She was Regional Director for Canada and Greenland from 2019 to 2020 and is now supporting the Region as Deputy Regional Director.
Ruth is a public speaker, blogger and author. She manages her blogs on https://ruthstanley.ca. She is also a passionate member of the Women in Lean forum. She has rich experience in strategic planning, change management, project and contract management, business planning & budgeting, relationship management, leading and facilitating workshops and committees.

Bilal Bashir, Vice President Technology Solutions
An IT, Telecom and Business areas specialist, Bilal has an MBA-ITM from the International Islamic University in Islamabad.
He has held various challenging assignments in the Pakistan Telecommunication and Business sector with more than 18 years business development & management, project management, technical planning, implementation and operations experience with one of the leading LDI, multi-service operators and vendors in Pakistan.
As a techno-commercial specialist, his focus is on technology solutions, feasibility and business planning.
