Zubair Anwar, Thought Leader
Mr Zubair is an American Society for Quality (ASQ’s) Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). He holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering and MS in Engineering Management and has completed courses from renowned US universities.
Mr. Zubair Anwar is senior management professional, with more than 24 years of global experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Program & Project Management, CAPEX/OPEX management and large-scale operations in service sector as well he’s experienced in the implementation of Six Sigma & Quality Systems in big organizations. He has leadership experience, including his participation in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, strategic and operational planning, benchmarking, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery projects etc.
In his capacity as an influencer, Zubair has several international publications; besides his role in leading the development of Service Quality Wheel as new framework of Service Quality Body of Knowledge. He contributed to “The Sage Encyclopaedia of Quality and Service Economy”, co-authored “The Certified Supplier Quality Professional – Handbook” and “The ASQ Supply Chain Management Primer”, and contributed to the 7th Edition of “Juran’s Quality Handbook”.
Besides being the Chair Technical Communities Council’s Committee on Industry/Quality 4.0, Service Quality Division’s BOK Chair, ASQ’s Official mentor, voting member ASQ Award Board, Zubair is also a senior member at ASQ and IEEE, Technical Reviewer in World Conference on Quality & Improvement (WCQI), Lean Six Sigma Conference, International Quality 4.0 Summit and Adjunct Faculty and Guest Speaker at various universities and organizations, such as TUM School of Management Germany. He has also worked with several international consulting organizations. Through many of these initiatives, Zubair has received numerous commendations, and the appreciation of those he’s worked with.
He has been featured consecutively by American Society for Quality on their social media, print media, website (https://my.asq.org/news/21/1103 ) as well as in Worlds’ largest and ASQ’s flagship magazine Quality Progress. He also supports US corporates/organizational members of ASQ/ASQE on digital transformation and Industry 4.0 strategies. He is invited as keynote and plenary speaker in many international conferences on Digital Transformation, Business Excellence and Six Sigma.

Ruth Stanley, International Fellow
With a postgraduate degree in public administration, Ruth has over 30 years of experience in quality management. She served for 25 years in the Canadian Public Service.
Ruth has been a Member Leader for the American Society for Quality for the past several years. She was Regional Director for Canada and Greenland from 2019 to 2020 and is now supporting the Region as Deputy Regional Director.
Ruth is a public speaker, blogger and author. She manages her blogs on https://ruthstanley.ca. She is also a passionate member of the Women in Lean forum. She has rich experience in strategic planning, change management, project and contract management, business planning & budgeting, relationship management, leading and facilitating workshops and committees.

Bilal Bashir, Vice President Technology Solutions
An IT, Telecom and Business areas specialist, Bilal has an MBA-ITM from the International Islamic University in Islamabad.
He has held various challenging assignments in the Pakistan Telecommunication and Business sector with more than 18 years business development & management, project management, technical planning, implementation and operations experience with one of the leading LDI, multi-service operators and vendors in Pakistan.
As a techno-commercial specialist, his focus is on technology solutions, feasibility and business planning.
